File Transfer
To allow you to get your art to us faster we provide an FTP server so you can upload your art directly to us.
In order for you to upload your files you will need a FTP client. Two free ones can be found below:
http://cyberduck.ch/ (MAC)
http://filezilla-project.org/ (Mac and PC)
Choose your operating system to the right to get detailed FTP upload instructions.

The CPSolutions FTP site is available at no cost to our customers. For the login and password information, please contact your sales representative.
To minimize the potential for file corruption and to allow us to process your art faster we ask that you follow a couple of guidelines:
Name your files so it is easy for us to know who they are from and what job the art is for.
Please keep file names to no more than 31 characters to include the suffix i.e. .zip, etc.
If native files are being uploaded (anything but pdf’s) it is necessary to stuff or zip the files to protect the integrity of the file.
We also request that once you upload your files, you email your sales representative or CSR with the file name, date placed, and the folder in which the file was placed. This will make sure we know the art is loaded and will help us find it when working on your job.
If you need any assistance with the FTP or want a secure folder set- up, please contact your sales rep or CSR.
